encontrar opciones, considerar alternativas y llegar a un acuerdo mutuo que se ajuste a sus necesidades\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La mediaci\u00f3n es un proceso que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hace hincapi\u00e9 en la propia responsabilidad de los participantes de tomar decisiones que influyen en sus vidas.<\/li>\n<li>Confiere autoridad sobre s\u00ed misma a cada una de las partes.<\/li>\n<li>Restablece la comunicaci\u00f3n, y crea una estrategia encaminada a facultar a las partes para el manejo de futuros conflictos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td bgcolor=\"dddddd\">\n<ul>\n<li>Faculta a los participantes (pareja o familia) en la negociaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Permite a los participantes (pareja o familia) la oportunidad de tomar decisiones propias referentes a los hijos y a su porvenir.<\/li>\n<li>Ofrece un acuerdo adaptado a las necesidades particulares de la
